Hamilton
Proper is a master-planned golf community that seamlessly

hiking and jogging trails, preserved natural areas,
an 18-hole championship Arthur Hills golf course, and
impressive country club amenities, including meeting
and banquet facilities. Concern for the environment

School District. The school district

proceeding to post high school education. Hamilton
Southeastern consistently ranks among the state’s
top schools in standardized test scores.
The Hamilton Proper Community Association
(HPCA) provides opportunities to get involved in our
villages. A Neighborhood
Patrol service is available to all Hamilton Proper
homeowners.
The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club is the hub of activity at Hamilton Proper.
