What's new in Hamilton Proper?

HPCA staff are conducting landscape
audits of all homes within Hamilton Proper to ensure
compliance with the landscape requirements.
Due to the extensive scope of this task, it will be

will be sending letters to those homes which are not
in compliance as the audits are completed. Should
you need to verify that your landscaping is up to
standards, please feel free to contact the office
for a copy of the requirements.

Reminders

Pets - While walking
your pets, please be sure that you clean up any mess created
in neighboring yards.

Garbage Cans -
Please keep garbage cans either screened or concealed
from view of neighboring units.

No solicitation in HP
- Please be aware that Hamilton Proper has a 'No Solicitation'
policy. You may call the HOA office or Poorman
Investigations to report any offenders.

Motorized Bicycles/Scooters
- A reminder to all that the Town of Fishers Police are
enforcing laws concerning motorized bicycles and motor
scooters (according to Indiana Code 9-13-2-109).

remember that Garage Sales are not allowed in Hamilton
Proper. A fine will apply. The
first fine is $25, the second is $50 and the third fine
is $100.

Vehicle
Parking - Please
remember that all recreational
vehicles including campers, trailers, boats and other
watercraft must be parked only in enclosed garages per
the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Hamilton
Proper, Article XII, section 2, letter (a) page 28.

Sign
Violations - Please
remember that lots are only allowed one 'for sale' sign
in the front yard. The first fine is $25, the second
is $50 and the third fine is $100.
